Reports to:
Head Chef/Sous Chef
• Prepare food items according to recipe guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as necessary.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of special events and catering orders.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow proper food handling techniques and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
